A Quiet Green Movement
One roll at a time.
OUR STORY
The Green Cheeks is a UK-based family business. For us, bamboo toilet paper is more than a product. It is a personal response to pollution, a cultural homage, and a heartfelt offer to families everywhere.
Born from Experience & Empathy
With over 10 years of experience in the recycling industry, specifically within the paper and plastic sectors, our founder saw firsthand how chemical-laden products complicate recycling and quietly pollute the planet.
But the turning point was personal. As a parent, he watched one of his children suffer from contact allergies triggered by everyday toiletries. It became a struggle to find alternatives that were truly safe.
A family holiday to a small island in the Pacific brought the reality home. Seeing waste flow into the beautiful sea reinforced the urgent need for biodegradable solutions that are kind to our bodies and ecosystems alike.
“Made from the bamboo fields that shaped our heritage and inspired by the cheeky parrot our children adore, The Green Cheeks is a tribute to nature, family, and the future.”
Our Mission
We're here to clean up the way the world thinks about toilet paper. It is a product we all use, yet we seldom consider the system behind the roll that affects our bodies and our forests.
At The Green Cheeks, we challenge that invisibility. We replace harmful fibres and toxic formulas with sustainable, skin-safe bamboo—turning an everyday essential into an act of self-care and care for the Earth.
Why Join The Green Cheeks?
The Green Cheeks Movement isn't just about toilet paper—it's about wiping away toxic habits and making room for new growth.
Radical Transparency
No harsh chemicals, no hidden toxins, and no corporate nonsense. Just honest fibres doing honest work.
Skin-Deep Care
Our largest organ deserves more than softness; it deserves safety. Hypoallergenic and gentle.
Planet-First
From islands choked with waste to forests stripped of life, we refuse to be part of the problem.
Inspired by nature
Inspired by parrots and play, we face serious global issues with spirited energy and optimism.
“We are changing how we care for ourselves and our planet, starting from the bottom up.”
